What to do if I need to submit a claim

First we would like to say thank you for purchasing a Daymak product. We continually strive to provide triple A products with the quality assurance to ensure that you don't run into any issues with your unit. But things do happen sometimes and we want to make sure you are well taken care of in those situations. 

If you are looking to submit a claim for warranty parts or supplies first contact the dealer that you purchased it from.

The best bet to getting warranty supplies is to contact the people you purchased it from. Our dealers have been vetted out to better serve you. Not only can they provide the service that you need to get your unit running, but they have the technical know-how to make sure that part is what is in fact needed.


Our dealers are our best option to get your bike up and running.

What to do if you can't get a hold of your dealer?

Sometimes our dealers are just as busy as we are! If you are having issues getting a hold of them, or getting a response in a timely manner, please feel free to submit a ticket here with us! And we will reach out the dealer in hopes to get the manner resolved. 

I ordered it online from a site and they told me to come to your site.

In some cases if you purchased from a large store or a televised home shopping channel, they may refer you back to us. In this case feel free to open a ticket with your original order # and name, address, phone, email and someone will reach out to you to make sure you're good!
