How do I turn on my Max S ebike?

Are you having issues turning on your Max S ebike ?
If you are having issues turning on your Max S ebike, you probably haven't done one of these 3 steps. Make sure you do all 3 steps in this order to avoid any hiccups.
1: Making sure your Max S battery is in (and charged).
First and foremost you must make sure that your battery is in the battery guide and firmly connected so that the bottom of the battery is flush with the base of the battery guide.
When pushing the battery from the top you will feel some resistance, push a little more until you feel a click. Then you should know your battery is in the bike and secure.
But your Max S battery has to be charged as well.
Having the battery in the bike doesn't do much if the battery doesn't have any power! So make sure you have fully charged the battery before putting it in. For more info on how to charge the battery check out the section charging my battery!
2: Turning the key to the ON position.
Next you will need to put the key in and turn the key into the ON position. It will start off in one of two positions if it is not already on.
a) [1] Unlock Position - This is used to put or take the battery out the bike. To set it to the off position you must PUSH IN and turn clockwise to the off position
b) [2] Off Position - With the keys pointing at the OFF position, simply turn it clockwise to the ON [3] position.
**Note** The keys can only be removed in positions [1] and [2]
3. Powering on the display
With steps 1 and 2 done, now all that is left is to turn on the dispaly. To turn on the display press and hold the power button [3] for about 3 seconds until you see the display turn on.
And now your Max S is on!
Now that it is on make sure that you are situated on the bike properly and you're holding the brakes. Any minor touch to the throttle or spinning the wheels will engage the motor and take off on you!
